Kit Carson Rural Development or KCRD is a non-profit, volunteer run organization with a mission to promote, beautify and assist in the betterment of the Kit Carson and Wild Horse Communities.

Kit Carson Rural Development was honored at El Pomar Foundation’s Awards for Excellence presentation ceremony in Black Hawk on Monday October 2, 2017.
